Mainly a collection of my videos uploaded on My Little Sharing YouTube channel. Some stand alone, and some are related to my blogs. Some with voice narration, and some are without (but with accompanying blogs).
Before systems, I was surviving.
After systems, I started thriving.
Clarity isn’t just structure—it’s self-respect.
I thought productivity meant doing more.
Turns out, it means feeling less anxious.
Built systems that breathe with me—now I lead wisely.
Sticky notes were my love language.
Until I realized they were love bombs.
Now my calendar whispers, not screams.
Most days felt like a scramble.
Emails. Deadlines. Forgotten ideas.
I built a system. My soul unclenched.
Your clarity is waiting—just start.
Messy mind. Messier inbox.
One system. One shift. One breath.
Freedom isn’t found—it’s designed.

One afternoon, I decided to treat myself to a cup of coffee and a slice of cake at the cozy cafe near my apartment. It was a sunny afternoon and I felt like taking a break from the stress of work and life.
As I sat down at a table by the window, I noticed how the light filtered through the leaves of the trees outside, creating patterns on the pavement. I watched the people walking by, wondering about their stories and destinations. Some looked happy, some looked sad, some looked busy, some looked bored.
I sipped my coffee and savored the sweetness of the cake. I felt a sense of calm and gratitude for this moment of peace and pleasure. I realized that sometimes the simplest things can make us happy, if we pay attention to them.
I finished my snack and paid the bill. I thanked the friendly staff and walked out of the cafe, feeling refreshed and ready to face the rest of the day. I smiled at a stranger who smiled back at me. I felt connected to the world and to myself.
How's your day at the coffee shop?
Here's video I've made about trying to listen, instead of talking and why we should listen or practice, listening.
Commenting on the quotes in the video:

2. "Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply." - Stephen R. Covey. Comment: The Difference Between Listening and Replying
3. "Listening is a magnetic and strange thing, a creative force. The friends who listen to us are the ones we move toward. When we are listened to, it creates us, makes us unfold and expand." - Karl A. Menninger. Comment: The Power of Listening in Creating Friendships.
4. "You cannot truly listen to anyone and do anything else at the same time." - M. Scott Peck. Comment: The Importance of Focusing on Listening.
